Tiles or Shingles?

Tile Roof:
– More expensive, usually twice the price of shingles
– Twice the life span of shingles
– Withstand strong wind and rains, meaning great for the North Texas climate
– Said to last about 50 years
– Heavier
– May Require Maintenance*

 Shingle Roof:
– More cost effective
– Last about 20 years
– Best for easier climates
– Lighter
